Enjoyed a delicious lunch poolside at Viviane which is located in the Avalon Hotel. Even though it’s technically Fall, the beauty of LA is that it’s kind of always Summer here. It’s a love and hate relationship we Angelenos have with this city. One of my favorite dishes from Viviane was the Crispy Fried Pork Belly and Eggs. Delicious runny eggs with crispy pork belly made the perfect combination of flavors. Perfect little lunch spot for those who enjoy the sun, hanging poolside, and of course drinks!
