Hoop There It is
Can we just talk about my latest obsession? I’m so perplexed that at some moment in my life I stopped wearing hoops and forgot just how much I loved them. I remember back in Jr. High through High school, I was always wearing hoops non-stop. It was kind of like the bigger the hoop the better. I would visit my local mall jewelry store for some oversized hoops in silver and gold literally every other week because I was so obsessed.
Flash-forward 15 years, here I am styling hoop earring once again in my life. I’m absolutely enthralled how trends recur every decade or so and it’s also v nostalgic wearing certain trends yet in different stages in life. I wanted to style some hoop earrings in two different versions since sometimes I like a smaller hoop and other days, the bigger the better.
These JTV hoops I’m wearing are the perfect size! They are both surprisingly lightweight which is great since you don’t want your earrings to feel heavy on the ear. The gold one’s I’m wearing are made of 10K gold and the silver ones are sterling silver. I have pretty sensitive ears so I always make sure quality is on par to avoid any ear irritations and so far these have passed the test.
