I’ve been lusting over gradient/ombre denim ever since seeing them here and here, but before I pulled out my CC, I wondered if this style could be achieved by bleach. I wasn’t quite sure how they would turn out but I figured I might as well try. These were the first pair I dipped in bleach and if I do say so myself, I think they came out pretty decent although were in bleach for a total of 6-8-hours, poor denim. I did want them to be more dramatic at the top hence the top being most gradient. Sure there were some bleached spots at the dark parts of the denim (pic 6) but perfection ain’t easy folks… I had a blast making these hope this inspires you to bleach your denim!
