This Forever 21 dress reminded me of the 3.1 Phillip Lim Ka-Pow print which convinced me that this dress was worth purchasing. It feels very super hero-esque, especially with the long “cape” back when wearing it. I have no idea why I put comic book and super heroes together but it is what it is I suppose.. I’m thinking in the winter I can wear it over a thermal and pull off that whole 90’s vibe everyone is cracked out on.
