detoxing to start 2019

Since I didn’t have time to do a 2018 cleanse at the beginning of this year and although it’s the end of January I still wanted to reset and start clean for 2019. I was feeling a little stressed, bloated, anxious, and I knew it was time to cleanse my mind, body, and soul. For me, that includes, meticulously cleaning the house, eating light and healthy, and dumping all my thoughts in my journal for a few days.

I know that detox can be a scary word and it’s often associated with dieting, starving, or even torture (hah!) but not all detoxes are the same. So I just wanted to share what makes me feel happy and feel renewed, and I hope that it inspires you if you’re feeling the same. It’s never too late to say goodbye 2018, & hello to 2019. *please note* I’m not a Dr. or nutritionist. This video is not about weight loss or extreme dieting, this is just me sharing my routine and what works for me!
