Boutique hotel in Downtown Napa
This five-story luxury boutique hotel is soon to be surrounded by vibrant shopping and dining at First Street Napa, the valley’s only curated experience of its kind, in the heart of a wonderfully walkable downtown complete with world-class dining, 20+ tasting rooms and live music venues.
I didn’t really know what to expect while we were in Napa. It’s been over five years since my last visit and even then I never stayed in Napa. So this was going to be my first time exploring the small wine city for a few days straight.
When researching places to stay, I always look for boutique hotels first. When I found the Archer Hotel I knew immediately it was the place I had to stay in downtown Napa. The chic decor plus amazing amenities were right up my alley. Luckily, I was able to pull some strings (blogger perks) and stay a night with the hubs. We planned for one night in Downtown Napa and one night in Yountville which is the way to go if you ask me!
I loved everything about Archer hotel. Not only was it conveniently located right in the heart of downtown making it easy for us to walk around but also very close by to all the wineries we were visiting.
Let’s talk about our room-
We had a huge bedroom which included an even bigger patio completed with a fireplace. The hotel provided his and hers house slippers which John was really thrilled about along with Ursa Major face wipes and Frette bathrobes. I also may or may not have grabbed a few Malin + Goetz shampoos & conditioners for my home but I guess we’ll never know.
We had a wonderful time in downtown Napa and I can confidently say Archer Hotel made our stay even more memorable. Feeling comfortable, well rested, and taken care of is something I believe only a hotel can provide when you’re traveling and away from home.
