I know that detox can be a scary word and it’s often associated with dieting, starving, or even torture (hah!) but not all detoxes are the same. So I just wanted to share what makes me feel happy and feel renewed, and I hope that it inspires you if you’re feeling the same. It’s never too late to say goodbye 2018, & hello to 2019. *please note* I’m not a Dr. or nutritionist.
